Description

Data Logger / Data Logging Instrument for radon measurement in indoor spaces / Data storage over long periods / 2-inch colour display / Power-saving function / Continuous measurement recording

The compact Data Logger / Data Logging Instrument offers a reliable and precise solution for continuous monitoring of radon concentration in indoor spaces. Thanks to its high long-term stability, the device is suitable for use in residential buildings, office buildings, public facilities and laboratories. With a measuring range from 3.3 Bq/m³ to 37 kBq/m³ and a measuring accuracy of ±15 %, the Data Logger / Data Logging Instrument delivers reliable results over a long period. The integrated semiconductor radon sensor ensures constant and accurate recording of the measured values.

Measurement is carried out at 60-minute intervals, while the recorded data is automatically saved every 6 hours. This allows long-term recording of up to 504 days. The 2-inch LC colour display clearly shows minimum, maximum and average values, as well as cumulative averages and measured values for the last 12, 24, 48 and 96 hours.

For added safety, the Data Logger / Data Logging Instrument has an individually adjustable acoustic and visual alarm function in the range of 100 to 800 Bq/m³. Initial measurement results are available after approximately 6 hours. Afterwards, a new data set is saved every 6 hours, with up to 10 data sets storable in the device memory. To extend battery life, the colour display can be switched to standby mode. When the display is deactivated, the integrated Li-ion battery achieves an operating time of up to 45 days.

The Data Logger / Data Logging Instrument RM-66 is ideal for permanent monitoring of radon exposure in indoor spaces. It supports operators of workplaces, public buildings and private properties in detecting elevated radon concentrations at an early stage, assessing health risks and, where necessary, initiating suitable protective measures.
