For example, the PCE-PCO series aerosol measuring device draws in a certain amount of air and then counts the number of particles.

An aerosol measuring device is used where fine dust levels can affect the climate and the human body. The aerosol measuring device is available with memory and software for data transfer to a computer. Each aerosol measuring device works according to the current specifications and is delivered calibrated including a calibration certificate. Recalibration, e.g. annually (according to specifications or ISO manual), can be carried out at any time for a calibration fee.
