PCE-HVAC 3 is a multifunction thermo hygrometer or diagnostic measuring device used for indoor climate and environmental monitoring. In addition to measuring relative humidity and ambient room / dry-bulb temperature, the meter calculates dew-point and wet-bulb temperatures in degrees Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F). Thus, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations and HVAC system performance assessments are key applications of the PCE-HVAC 3 meter.

With the thermo hygrometer it is possible to determine the humidity, ambient, wet bulb and dew point temperature. Measurements up to 60 °C are possible with the thermo hygrometer. The thermo hygrometer can therefore be used universally because of its various measuring functions to determine the ambient conditions.

The thermo-hygrometer records the air temperature and humidity and stores them internally.
