The Spectrophotometer PCE-CSM 6 was developed for quality control and offers a high accuracy. When using the Spectrophotometer, you can choose between different color spaces (CIE L*a*b, CIE L*a*b*C*h). After a measurement with the Spectrophotometer, the reading can be used as a reference value while other readings can be recorded as a sample and later be compared to the reference value easily. Useful for determining color difference, chromaticity index, color sample database management, and color difference cumulative analysis.
- CIE L*a*b*C*h, CIE L*a*b*

Moisture analyzer for liquid materials are used in boiler installations, water-dosing and diesel oil emulsion dispersion systems. The scope of supply can include the control cabinet to operate the valves regulating water feed. The moisture Analyzer for liquid materials has a processing unit with RS232/RS485 interfaces.
- Measurement range: 0 ... 100 % moisture in pumped liquids
- Absolute error of the measurement: Δ= 0,035 +0,05·W
- Temperature measurement range: -40 ... +150 °C
Suitable for determining the humidity of bulk substances, this moisture test instrument can be fitted into containers and systems such as troughs,
bunkers, distributors, augers, conveyors, bins and silos. This permits
24/7 moisture measurement of fibrous materials, sawdust, gravel, fly ash
(mineral), wood chips (surface to 5 cm) feed grain, flour, pastes,
seed, or similar bulk or flowing substances. These test instruments / test sensors are mainly for use in manufacturing processes to give the opportunity of process optimization to the manufacturer or to insure the moisture content of the final product.
- PCE-MWM 240-B Rod sensor (custom length 500 ... 1500 mm)
- Lab analysis of your sample determines % error
- Measuring range: 0 ... 100%
- Material temperature range: -0 ... +80 °C (+41 ... +176 °F)
- Analog and digital signal output
PCE-COM 20 is a portable handheld non-destructive conductivity tester for non-ferrous metals. This non-destructive testing (NDT) device uses eddy current to determine the electrical conductivity of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper. Includes 3 standards for testing.
- Operating frequency: 60 kHz
- Sine wave probe: Ø 14 mm / ≈ 0.55 in
- Memory: Up to 500 groups of measurements
- Lift-off and temperature compensation
- Automatic calibration
PCE-FD 20 is a portable ultrasonic tester or ultrasonic thickness gauge with a large LCD screen that displays A-scan maps of ultrasonic signals as well as B-scan cross sections. Ideal for use in mechanical engineering, aerospace and metallurgical applications, this high-frequency ultrasound-based thickness meter uses a contact transducer (two different probes included; 45° and 90°) to measure material thickness and identify flaws and defects such as discontinuity in welds. These test instruments are calibrated by the manufacturer. An ISO calibration certificate is an option.
- Operating frequency range: 1 ... 10 MHz
- Measured time interval range: 6 ... 1000 microseconds (µs)
- Sound velocity: 1000 ... 9999 m/s
